Our main tasks fulfilled in this project and connecting to the quality assurance can be divided into three groups:

Quality planning, support of the calling for tender: Connecting to the project we determined the main quality standards and worked out the method how to fit to them, furthermore we participated actively in inviting tendersQuality assurance: then we applied the planned, systematically built quality functions so that the project could consist all prescribed processes needed to fulfill the functions
Quality control: according to our final task we controlled the project ‘products’, results, milestones and we checked if they are suitable to their quality descriptions; furthermore we determined also the methods serving for eliminate the causes of non-proper fulfillment

The project ensures for the PRÍMAGÁZ Corp. that:

the system which they would like to introduce fits to the internal processes of the company, and suits clearly to the ISO quality assurance processes
the needs and requirements of the Consigner declared in the contract about the system introduction are fulfilled completely
the software and hardware elements of the system suit to IT strategy
the efficiency of the end-users group should rise after introduction
the outgoings should decrease
